Full of deep power and stillness, in this workshop we will explore the key touchstones of practice and wisdom that open the doorway to thriving in complete contentment, peace and spirit. Hatha Yoga is comprised of: asana, pranayama, bandha, kriya, mudra, mantra, and meditation, as well as practices pertaining to kundalini awakening. Here we will experience some of these techniques in a way that progressively exalts body, breath, and soul to awaken the vital force, settle in a profound stillness and connect to the most intimate space within yourself.
In a process that requires sensitivity and inner listening, we allow the hidden wisdom held in the practice to unfold in a way modern yoga doesn’t give the student time to experience. In this 2.5hr practice we allow time and space for the infinite layers that exist within and around yourself to unravel, moving from body awareness to energetic awareness and deeper still, let Brahma Vidya (“supreme science”) reveal the greater states of wakefulness, luminosity and space that exists within. And in doing so understand how you can change everything from health, to state of mind, to a deepening of spiritual awareness.
