This will be a workshop of two halves:
The first focusing on harder working strengthening asanas before balancing it out with softer stretching and opening asanas.
The strengthening work will be done in a vinyasa style, connecting poses together in flowing sequences to develop not only strength but also stamina. By holding the asanas for a decent amount of time we grow stronger and also develop more awareness in each pose.
The second half will aim to develop flexibility and also stretch out tired muscles and open tight joints; covering shoulders, hips and hamstrings plus a little backbending.
No prior experience required.
